The mission of the Congdon-Jeffers Group, is to bring quality, income-producing properties to investors nationwide. Our combined 30+ years of securities and real estate experience, coupled with our "ethics first, business second" philosophy helps ensure that our clients receive sound and balanced investment advice and a rewarding relationship.

At the Congdon-Jeffers Group, though we focus almost exclusively on finding replacement properties for investors involved in a 1031 Exchange, we pride ourselves in looking at the big picture for our clients, taking into consideration the totality of an investor's financial situation and assisting in the selection of a solution that fits into an investor's overall portfolio and unique needs.

In addition to utilizing the tenant-in-common structure we also offer single-owner custom replacement properties as a solution for those investors attracted to the many benefits of the TIC structure but who would prefer to be the sole-owner of a quality property.

Kip Congdon

Kip is a co-founder and CEO of the Congdon-Jeffers Group, specializing in tenant-in-common properties and custom investment properties nationwide. Kip has 18 years of financial services experience, with a special concentration in securitized real estate transactions and Tenant-in-Common (TIC) investments. Kip is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. Kip also has his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, a California insurance license, and is a Registered Investment Advisor representative.
